Delivery, Return and Refund Policies

We founded Pretty Little Cute with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Delivery

We deliver Worldwide via Tracked delivery!

When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a parcel ID and can follow the package on its way from us to you.

Our shipping prices are calculated according to the size and weight of your order and the address of delivery. To calculate the costs of shipping please add the items that you wish to purchase to your basket, enter your delivery address details into the estimate shipping section and then shipping cost will be provided in the shopping cart.


All orders over 900 SEK are sent free of charge.

For international orders, an extra handling fee of 250 SEK is added within Europe to cover extra shipping costs and this is automatically added to the checkout.


Delivery time
The delivery time for goods in stock is within Sweden 1-3 working days, unless another delivery time is stated for the product. In case of advance payment, it may take a little longer because the money must be registered in our account before dispatch and delivery. 


Express shipping is available Worldwide (1-3 working days), please email us on: prettylittlecute.se@gmail.com for a quote. 

Express package with home delivery is also available, cost  295 SEK.

If the delivery time deviates from this (eg due to the item being out of stock), we will notify you via email. You always have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not approve a possible extended delivery time. We then pay back any prepaid money.

Once the product has left us, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping company and in exceptional cases, the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than stated as normal due to the carrier causing a delay. 

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your 

 item(s) within 14 days from the date of initial shipment. All unused products may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Products have been unused, unwashed, and are returned in original packaging in original condition.


If the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when returning/exchanging your product:

1. Contact - prettylittlecute.se@gmail.com to request a return/exchange, explaining the reason. Please also include your order number.

2. Once a return/exchange has been authorized, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address listed during email correspondence, within 20 days of authorization.

3. The customer pays the return shipping and you decide how you send the item back. You must be able to show that you have sent the item back to Pretty Little Cute and we suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. 

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition, we will happily process the refund/exchange and will confirm this via email.
